چکیده
The search for alternative methods treating and preventing bee dysbacteriosis is a priority beekeeping as branch of veterinary medicine. Lime honey, buckwheat flower forest acacia honey were tested to evaluate their antagonistic effect against test culture enterobacteria bees Klebsiella pneumoniae species. study was conducted in several stages: 1. Determine the activity microflora pure pathogens; 2. identification isolation Bacillus subtilis – bacteria-antagonists 3. pathogens. action microorganisms determination most effective species established by diffusion method agar wells. Staining typical colonies from different types revealed bacillary Gram-positive bacilli with endospores. Isolation clean Gold. cultural, tinctorial, morphological signs bacteria have been consistently determined all investigated kinds coincided characteristics Bacellaceae family. Specific belonging bacteria-competitors identified biochemical typing. After determining physiological properties reactions tests (activity catalase, oxidase, urease, ability grow at temperatures ferment carbohydrate substrate), distinguished stamms belong type subtilis. repeated estimation cultures (isolated each honey) confirmed high activity. This can represent component probiotics therapy dysbiosis bees.

Foodborne pathogens are among the most significant problems in maintaining the health of the population. In 2011 the CDC estimates that each year roughly 1 in 6 Americans (or 48 million people) gets sick, 128,000 are hospitalized, and 3,000 die of foodborne diseases. The leading causes of foodborne illnesses in the United States are Salmonella and Shigella [1,2]. Staphylococcus aureus is among ...
